This can be done on-line by clicking on the hyperlink below. It is cost free and involves a simplified version of the questionnaire which should take only 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

Once the questionnaire is complete a Performance Profile will be immediately generated on screen for your FM organisation.

Interview Assessment

This involves a 2 hour interview with a small team of 2 Synergis consultants and the management team responsible for delivering FM. Typically the Head of the FM function or the heads of the key service areas such as maintenance, security, accommodation services (cleaning, landscaping, office support, reception, IT, etc.), projects, etc.

Following the interview the consultants will produce a short report which is normally delivered within 1 or 2 days. The report will identify improvement areas and make outline recommendations.
